Community Beat Officer for East End, Constable Lenford Butler, has successfully launched a Neighbourhood Watch programme on Collier’s Road, East End recently.

Various members of the community attended the first meeting. Constable Butler said they had taken the initiative and requested that a Neighbourhood Watch be implemented to fight and reduce crime in the area.

“We are very happy and enthusiastic about the launch and look forward to launching another one very soon,” said the residents who attended Constable Butler’s meeting.

Other districts interested in forming a Neighbourhood Watch should call the Community Policing Department on 949-4222.
