Ella Minzett

This 23-year-old Caymanian says she feels a special joy when visitors compliment her on the Cayman Islands. Ella Minzett has been a cashier at the Landmark Jewellers in George Town for the last two months.

She’s aiming to become an entrepreneur and she’s still deciding on the field to pursue.

At the top of her agenda are the establishment of a daycare/nightcare centre or nightclub or a beauty salon.

“I’m inspired by seeing people my age achieving their goals and living happy lives,” she says. 

Her motivation is rooted in her boyfriend Clifton Ricketts and her sisters who motivate her by saying, “can’t is not in the dictionary."
