Fire Links for “No Limits 2k5”

Wednesday,  December 7, 2005

Higher Heights Promotion will feature for the first time in the Cayman Islands selector Fire Links when it presents “No Limits 2k5”, which will be held behind the George Town Library on 9 December.

Kellian Hutchinson of Higher Heights Promotion said that the party would be one of the biggest raves on the island. Fire Links is one of the most popular selectors coming out of Jamaica about 20 years’ worth of experience under his belt.

He credits his mentors Sky Juice, and Captain Midnight with his success, and understands that he has a natural talent. Fire Links is one of the most acclaimed selectors around the globe, and is identified with the amount of energy he puts into his performances, as well as amazing crowd interaction.

Playing to thousands at the popular Kinston street dance, “Hot Mondays”, gives him the unique opportunity to not only observe the latest trends in dancehall but also set them himself.

He has written number one tunes such as “Blazay” and “Pon di River Pon di bank” for entertainers such as Elephant Man as well as tunes for other artistes such as Beenie Man.

He has also produced top rhythms such as the Chakka-Chakka, Clear, and Government. His global rhythm, which he previewed at his Hot Mondays Anniversary in November, is currently taking Jamaica by storm.

Tickets for the event are $17 and are available at Reflections Mirco Centre and Party Central.

As with all Higher Heights promoted events part of the proceeds will benefit the Pines Retirement Home.
