Bank of Bermuda and not theBank of Butterfield to reduce Staff
In our editorial in issue no. 175 datedFriday, 12 April 2002 Monday 15, April 2002, we stated that". the reduction in staff at Cable and Wireless, Bank ofButterfield, UBC, Banespa and other financial, tourism."
The bank, which was referred to in the editorial,is in fact the Bank of Bermuda and not the Bank of Butterfield.We apologise profusely to the management and staff for any inconvenienceor embarrassment caused by this error.
