Banco ComercialPortugues SA now resident in Strathvale House
Strathvale House, the magnificent five storybuilding on North Church Street just outside of George Town Centre,has recently announced its latest tenants, Banco Comercial Portugues(BCP).
Banco Comercial Portugues has been operatingin the Cayman Islands since 1987 and offers corporate and privatebanking services, including incorporation and management of companiesand representation of banks.
They are the newest tenants to lease spacein Strathvale House, joining PriceWaterHouseCoopers who movedin shortly after the completion of the building in January ofthis year.
A spokesperson for Strathvale House statedthat they are "delighted with the calibre of tenants whoare choosing Strathvale House as their new business home"and are "complimentary about the outstanding constructionfinish achieved by contractors, Arch & Godfrey".
IRG Real Estate Ltd., one of Cayman's leadingreal estate agencies, is handling the leasing of the premium officespace at Strathvale House and while some space is still available,the premises are quickly filling up.
Strathvale House, which offers the bestof locations, along with glorious sea views, has been built tothe highest specifications, combining quality construction withstate of the art building systems and highly attractive exteriorarchitecture.
