Revised Land Registry service fees
According to the Registered Land (Amendment) Rules 2003, a revised set of fees for services from the Lands and Survey Department will go into effect Monday, 28 April.
There will be new CI$50.00 fee to have documents witnessed and for processing lost land certificates. A CI$50.00 fee will also be required for each land registry document processed. Opening a new register will now cost CI$50.00, while a parcel-centred extract from a registry map will cost CI$5.00.
