The Cayman Islands Amateur Boxing Associations (CIABA) has sent a team of boxers to Nassau, Bahamas, representing the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean Games; which are held bi-annually in selected Caribbean Countries. The Games are considered as "The Caribbean Olympics" and usually have entries from approximately 30 Caribbean Countries.

The team departed Saturday, 19 April, 2003 to return Tuesday, 29 April, 2003. The team consists of 4 boxers, 1 coach and 2 delegates who have extensive boxing experience.

George Foster Kelly was the heavyweight champion for the said games in 1997, and this is his fourth time competing, however this is a new experience for Randy, Marcus and Troy, although they were competitors in the Police and Fireman Games, 2001 in Indianapolis, USA.

Several of the boxers have fought already but may have to fight again to determine the final decision while the others will fight by Friday, 25 April, 2003. The fighters are all placed in one of twelve weight divisions.
