Solution for Success

Dear Sir
You ask - who is this guy who daresto give Cayman a solution for success? Can I please tell you ...

1. I have invested in over 125 joint ventures in the Us.
2. I came to Grand Cayman in 1791 when the airport was the equivalentto a grass hut.
3. I love your paradise.
4. God loves us all.

So lets move on: The key to the solution is like painting a picture- except lets start our painting thing by throwing a gallon ofpaint of every paint we can find (ideas?)

Next, we can use a knife (facilitator) to separate and move thepaint around. The third part is to create (draft solutions). Manysmall paintings (citizens, investors and politicians) visit thesemany small paintings - the most beautiful ones (3 -5) should beenlarged on its own canvas.
Then have the separate paintings put on public display, ask forcritical comments and positive aspects. Have the painting "re-done"or touched up eliminating the most negative and highlighting thebeautiful aspects.
Have a second public showing and go through the process a thirdtime.
All these paintings are great to talk about, but again, how doI start _ I have never painted before. Remember, a well-informedquestion is a problem half-solved. So lets start to re-do thequestion process:

1. What is the solution?
2. What is the question?
3. What do we need to do?
4. Our need is to find an "economic industry" that willcompliment our people, our location, our resources and our spiritualbeliefs.
5. How can all Caymanians who truly work hard, produce a "product"which will benefit the workers, the investors and supply someneeds to the Island as a whole?
6. The people - you (not me) have the answers. I am just yourfacilitator.
My job is to continue to ask the tough questions.

We now arrive back at the beginning - are you ready to push, push, yell and clap to work through the process of painting the CaymanMona Lisa?
Cayman is going through its teenage years as a large tourist attraction- are you ready to grow into adulthood with all its authority, privileges, responsibilities and blessings?
The solution is you. Are you ready for the question.

Yours sincerely,
Bart Munro
