"The Department of Tourism in conjunctionwith the Immigration Department have been working to resolve theprocessing problems with the encoding of the air arrival numbers.It has been requested that we produce arrival figures back to1994 and at this time are working to apply the appropriate formulaso that all data is correct. We hope to have this resolved withinthe next week and will be clarifying any issues at that time.The Ministry and Department of Tourism so appreciate the patienceshown from our private sector partners and media, as we continueto work diligently to resolve this issue."
