The Quincentennial CelebrationsOffice is inviting all businesses both large and small to playa key role in next years celebrations by joining the QuincentennialMembership Programme.
The programme will helpto ensure that 2003 is a resounding success both for the businesseswho join, by attracting new clients, but also for the communityby creating a memorable and successful year long celebration experience.Businesses that join the programme are entitled to the full rangeof Quincentennial Preferred Vendor promotions designed to helpCelebrate Cayman.
There are three levels ofmembership Affiliate, Corporate and Premium. Each level of membershiphas its own set of benefits which are certain to reach the needsof the businesses that participate. All members will receive amarketing promotional package, giving them the resources and materialsneeded to become visible supporters of the Quincentennial Celebrations.
The promotional packagecontains a variety of material including an official QuincentennialLogo for display, Quincentennial letterhead options allowing membersto display the Quincentennial logo along with their own logo andan official Certificate of Quincentennial Membership. Membersalso have the ability to use of the Quincentennial Logo on non-retailitems and purchase pre-selected co-branded items (Items featuringthe Quincentennial logo along with the members' logo) from FosterBrothers, Ltd., the official souvenir and apparel wholesaler ofthe Quincentennial Celebrations Project. Items currently availableare: polo shirts, T-shirts and caps.
In addition to the marketingpackage members receive a range of other benefits which increasedepending on the level of membership chosen.
These benefits include itemssuch as:
· A listing in theQuincentennial 2003 supplement to be placed in the local mediain the middle of December 2003; Preferred Vendor Status whichallows each member to bid on any work required by the QuincentennialCelebrations. This will include all contracted work for signatureevents and special projects;
· Promotion on theMembership Board that will be displayed in the Celebrate CaymanGift Shoppe, the official Quincentennial store.
· A member directorylisting in the commemorative coffee table book to be producedimmediately after the celebrations;
· Ad space in themonthly Celebrate Cayman newsletter distributed both locally andoverseas;
· Banner ad spaceon the Quincentennial website located at www.cayman500.ky;
· Press releasesand other promotional material;
· A subscriptionto the quarterly membership only newsletter;
· Discounts at theCelebrate Cayman Gift Shoppe and much more.
In addition to joining theQuincentennial Celebrations Membership Programme there are countlessother opportunities available by way of sponsorship. There arecorporate sponsorship opportunities ranging from in-kind donationsof services to monetary donations from $500 to $1,000,000 or more.Individual sponsorship opportunities are also available.
