The Lions Club of Grand Cayman Gardens recentlydonated $500 to defray the cost of books for this years EducationDepartment summer school programme. For the past few years the programmehas used literature based learning to improve students' skillsin the areas of reading, creative writing, spelling an mathematics.This years programme on Grand Cayman operated from July 8-26 andcatered to some 300 students.
