Congratulations are in order for two outstandingCaymanians. Frankie Flowers Jr., director of the film Swallow,and actor Tim Kelly have both done well. They should be proudof their accomplishments. Not only are they educated and talentedindividuals, but I've always found them both to be respectable,well-mannered and good-natured.
