Credit Union gets a new lookand more space
TheCayman Islands Credit Union recently received a face-lift andexpanded to accommodate its increase in membership and services.
The opening ceremonies which took placerecently was well organized and attended according to Mr. OswellRankine, second vice president of CICSA Cooperative.
"The staff is extremely appreciativeof the extra space and the members seemed very impressed. We hadno choice to expand", he added.

The expansion project took 13 months fromthe planning stage to completion date.
Mr. RupertMcCoy, president of the Credit Union had this to say, "Thisexpansion now gives us a total of over 6,000 sq. ft. of workingspace, to expand and improve the member services. We are proudof what we have achieved for our members, and look forward tobetter serving our members in the future."

Mr. Rankine explained the benefits of theCredit Union, "The Credit Union mainly serves Civil Servantsand there immediately families and as a 30-year veteran of theCivil Service I highly recommend the Credit Union as a way toachieve goals. It has taught me how to save and I can borrow asneeded. Plus it is a very personable service and our members arenot just another number," he clarified.
Alex Auld, manager's assistant added, "Theimmediate reaction from our customers are that they are awestruck.The design is very functional for the present and future needsof our staff and members."
