Charles Adamssteps down as Jacques Scott Executive Chairman

The Board of Directors of Jacques ScottLtd announced that Mr. C. Charles Adams, JP resigned as ExecutiveChairman of Jacques Scott Ltd. at the 8 November meeting.
Mr Derek Wilkinson has been appointed asa Director and Executive Chairman to replace Mr Adams.
One of the founders of the Company in 1972, Mr. Adams served asChairman of the Board since 1976 and will continue as a director.
Mr Wilkinson retired earlier this year asGroup Financial Director from the Board of Scottish and NewcastleLtd, one of the largest companies quoted on the London Stock Exchangeand brings to the Jacques Scott Group Ltd a wealth of experiencein the alcoholic and beverages industry.
