The Caribbean's advertising agency BB&P recently added five new staff members to its growing team.
The new talent includes Dean Galbraith, Michael Joseph, Glaney Tatum,Tara Ebanks-Goddard and Louis Payne.
"BB&P handles strategic marketing campaigns for blue chip clients in 14 countries around the Caribbean," said New Business Development Manager Hilary McKenzie-Cahill.
"We needed to take on more staff in all areas of our business so that we could service these large accounts properly.
"Traditionally few Caymanians have chosen advertising as their career so we're fortunate that four of the five new hires are local."
BB&P's newest recruit is Dean Galbraith who started at the agency less than a month ago.
This young Caymanian was headhunted from Sheffield, England, where he was working as a graphic designer on well-known accounts such as Morphy Richards and the UK's National Health Service.
Michael Joseph is BB&P's latest addition to Account Services.
He grew up in Cayman, and prior to joining the agency worked for Coutts and an animation company in Madrid, Spain. Michael describes BB&P as having an energetic and vibrant work environment.
"The place is great. I love the fast pace and creative vibe," he said.
As the new Accounts / Human Resources Assistant, West Bay native Tara Ebanks-Goddard finds her role varied and never dull. Prior to joining the team, Tara worked at Bank of Bermuda as a Human Resources Assistant.
New receptionist Glaney Tatum agrees with Tara that working at the Agency is always a challenge.
"I've been learning something new every day and feel that I'm really getting to grips with how an advertising agency works," she said.
Glaney comes to BB&P from Ellesmere Britannia where she worked as a receptionist/assistant administrator for five years.
Last of the new hires is Louis Payne, who arrived at BB&P direct from England. Louis brings over 12 years experience in production and project management.
Most recently he worked for Perspectives Red Cell, which is part of the global WPP Group.
His background also includes working for top ad agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Leagas Delaney.
BB&P was founded 20 years ago and has become the region's top creative agency.
