Robbie Cribb
"I have a need for speed."
So says Robbie Cribb, 2002 Rear Wheel Drive Points Champion of the recently completed racing season.
A long-time member of the Cayman Motorsports Association, Robbie's love of automobiles and racing is deep-rooted. "I've been around cars and motorcycles all my life," says the 40-year-old Robbie.
Not only talented behind the wheel, Robbie shows off his mechanical skills at Cayman Auto Diagnostic, a business he's owned for 14 years. He's been practicing the trade for even longer than that.
"My father gave me my first motorcycle in a bucket when I was eleven or twelve years old," Robbie laughs, "He set me up in the garage, gave me some tools and told me to have at it. It took a while, but I made it run."
Robbie's sports interests go farther than auto racing. He also serves as President of the Cayman Islands Little League Associations and coach of his daughter's fast-pitch softball team. Robbie plays adult co-ed softball as well.
