Support for bus programme still short of needs

Mr. Vincent one of the many drivers at Reid's Premier Tours.
This may be the last year for the hugely successful free bus programme on New Year's Eve.
According to a press release, the programme, which is in its third year enjoys substantial support from its ridership ( over 6,000 riders over the last two years) but is still short of funds.
Though sponsors have been generous with good support from a wide cross section of Caymanian businesses neither the Cayman Islands Road Safety Council (CIRSAC) nor the National Drug Council (NDC) can afford to make up for operational shortfalls according to an NDC spokesperson.
