Questions about "IRS ApprovesCayman Code"

Dear Sir,

In the 7 November 2000 issue of anotherpublication, there was a story captioned: "IRS approves Caymancode." The article went on to state, "The US InternalRevenue Service (IRS) has approved Cayman's 'Know Your Customer'bank regulations ....."

I have questions about this:

1. Why is it that Cayman must put in place a regulation that hasbeen rejected by the people of the USA?

2. How is it possible that a mere 'collection agency' can wieldsuch awesome power?

Let me explain my reference to a collection agency. The fact isthe IRS is not an American agency but a corporation set up tocollect for the Federal Reserve which, incidentally, is also acorporation owned by, as some have put it, "the criminalelitist banking cartel thugs."

Most of the tax money collected by the IRS goes to these privateindividual "thugs". The only thing federal about theFederal Reserve is its name. It is an unconstitutional agencyas it pertains to the United States of America. Which statementbrings us to another consideration.

In America, there exists a unique and confusing situation. Thereis One Nation with Two Jurisdictions. Let me explain. There arethe 50 sovereign individual States located in Washington, DC.Congress presides over both, but these two entities are aliento each other.

Congress has total control over the corporate US. The executive, legislative, and judicial power is in the hands of Congress. Thisis not true of the 50 States united. Here, the Founding Fathersset up checks and balances by implementing the executive, thelegislative and the judicial powers in three separate entities.

Congress writes laws for the corporate US and its possessions. These laws do not apply to the 50 states united but Congress failsto notify us of this fact. No State law can be used in anotherState. No State law can be used in the United States, ie., AmericanSamoa, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc., or Washington, DC. Onecannot take DC or Puerto Rico law and use it in any State of theUnion.

This brings us back to the Federal Reserve and IRS; both are agenciesof corporate US, and their laws do not apply to a sovereign Nationalof any individual State. Most people in America are in this group. These laws apply only to US citizens. A sovereign National isnot a US citizen and therefore the IRC (Internal Revenue Code)does not apply to them. All titles of the USC (US Code) are strictlymeant for the United States and apply to none of the States ofthe Union.

Congress has defined the "United States"....to be only:the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AmericanSamoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Now, let's get back to the question of how this collection agencycan wield such awesome power. From what I know and have observed, its only power is derived from deceit and intimidation.

It has been said "the US Tax Code is a masterpiece of witchcraftand deception." Of course, the IRS does have support fromcorrupt or uninformed judges. There is no doubt that it is tothe benefit of "the criminal elitist banking cartel thugs",that this is allowed, or should I say, promoted.

This banking cartel controls most of the governments of this worldthrough their control of the Central Banks of various countries, including the US, and, of course, England.

It is quite evident to me that the OECD is promoted by them.
