Better LettersWorkshop
The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce ProfessionalDevelopment and Training Centre will be offering an EssentialBusiness Skills Seminar entitled "Better Business LettersWorkshop", starting Thursday, 24 January, and concludingFriday, 1 February.
The two half-day sessions run from 9:00a.m.until 1:00 p.m. and will be held at the Chamber Office ConferenceRoom at Macdonald Square.
This workshop is designed to provide participantswith the skills and tools necessary for both concise and clearbusiness letters and written communications. Delegates will learnto recognise and meet the needs of their readers, define the objectivesof their communication and adapt the tone and style of their writingto suit their commercial purpose. Correct structure of documents,as well as organising materials and ideas will also be coveredin the two sessions.
"Better Business Letters Workshop"is for anyone who would like to know how to improve their writingin order to benefit themselves and better represent their organisation.The material in this seminar is designed for people of all levelsof business expertise who wish to enhance their writing skills.
"Better Business Letters Workshop"is open to both Chamber members and non-members. The cost of theworkshop is CI$100 for Chamber Members and CI $175 Non-Members.
