Young artistswith the Chef
A display of local arts and crafts drewsome 2700 people to the grounds of Government House on SaturdayJanuary 26. In addition to artists exhibiting their work, variouscommunity and volunteer organisations hosted information booths.Other activities included a demonstration of wood sculpting aswell as the launch of a catboat. The National Gallery organisedthe first art@governors event in 2001. Since that time it hasbeen hosted by His Excellency the Governor, Mr Peter Smith, andMrs Suzanne Smith.
