New e-enableWeb Site for Cable & Wireless International Customers
Cable & Wireless Internet customerscan now access their accounts and apply for Internet serviceson-line, thanks to a new, interactive, e-enabled Web site.
The company has said that its new Internetservices site www.cwinternet.ky is a fully re-branded Web sitewhich conforms to new Cable & Wireless Global website brandingguidelines to reflect the company's global, Internet and datafocused image.
The site is designed to provide customerswith information about Cable & Wireless Internet solutionsas well as provide support for new and existing users.
David Smith, Data & Internet Sales Engineerat Cable & Wireless (Cayman Islands), who was in charge ofre-designing the site, described the aims and method of the newwebsite design: "In response to customer feedback, the websitehas been modified to better suit our customers' needs. Most ofthe updating was done after hours in order to minimize the impactto our customers. The new website should be easier to navigateand will download much more quickly for our dialup customers."
The site provides customers with comprehensiveinformation on Cable & Wireless Internet products. The 'Solutions'page provides links to pricing and package information on ADSLAccess, Dial-up Access, ISDN Access and Direct Connect Accessin addition to Set-up Guides, Frequently Asked Questions, productterms & conditions, and on-line application forms.
Also on the 'Solutions' page are completeguides to all of the other Internet services Cable & Wirelessoffers in the Cayman Islands.
