Notices of Final Meeting of the Shareholders have been issuedto 36 companies.
Pursuant to section 229 of the CompaniesLaw (2001 Second Revision), Moco Investments Limited has beenderegistered in the Cayman Islands and transferred to the BritishVirgin Islands effective December 19, 2001.
Notices of Special Strike from Registry
According to the Companies Law (2001 Second Revision) the followingcompanies have been struck from the Register of Companies:
Beaufort Emerging Markets Fund Ltd. wasregistered in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company on October22, 1996 and was then struck from the companies register on December18, 2001 and thereupon dissolved.
Crown Castle LA Holdings Ltd. was registered in the Cayman Islandsas an exempted company on October 27, 2000 and was struck fromthe companies register on January 8, 2002 and thereupon dissolved.
