The Chamber of Commerce Professional Developmentand Training Centre is offering a one-day seminar entitled "GoalSetting for Supervisors", on Wednesday, August 15th, from9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., at Macdonald Square.
This course is ideal for newly promotedsupervisors or those planning to move into a supervisor role.Anyone wishing to improve his or her leadership skills will benefitfrom attending this seminar. Additionally, small business ownerswill find this workshop very rewarding and immediately applicable.
Participants in this seminar will learnto plan, organize and control their work, as well as lead by reinforcingand redirecting others. Supervisors will learn the essential skillsof clearly communicating expectations with subordinates, whileincreasing competencies and confidence in their staff.
