JetAround/British American Boost Meals on Wheels

The Meals on Wheels Programme got a boostearlier this month when Mr Kenneth Rankin presented that organisationwith CI$2,750 on behalf of Jet Around Cayman and British AmericanBank. CI$2,000. of this donation was amassed from various JetAround Cayman events and CI$750. came from British American Bank.The presentation was made at a 12 July meeting of the Rotary Club.

Jet Around Cayman donates money to localcharities each year. The Meals On Wheels program, chaired by RotariansJames O'neil and Joey Hew, was one of three charitable organisationsthat benefited from Jet Around Cayman proceeds this year. Theothers were Cayman Islands Cancer Society and Special Olympics.

"Jet Around Cayman has always beena family event for people of all ages to enjoy. Benefiting thepeople of the Cayman Islands community is the real purpose anddriving force behind the event," Mr Rankin said.
