Summer Camp is a Great Successin Cayman Brac

Children on Cayman Brac began their summerholidays by attending the annual Youth Soccer and Netball campswhich were held at the CBHS from July 8th to the 12th. The camps,which were organised by Brac's Sports Instructor Rickey Sealy,attracted over 50 children over the five days.
The soccer camp was conducted by nationalU-17 coach Gillie Seymour while Mrs. Laverne Ebanks from the Departmentof Youth and Sports conducted the netball camp. Both coaches commentedon the ability and talent displayed by the youngsters and stressedthe importance of better facilities and more visits to the Bracby national coaches. While on the Brac, both coaches also conductedsessions with the Senior players in soccer and netball.
Brac's Sports Instructor, Mr. Sealy, wouldlike to express sincere thanks to all who made the camp such asuccess. Especially: Foster Brothers, Foster's Food Fair, KirkconnellLtd. (Cayman Brac), Domino's Pizza and Brac Reef Hotel for donatingsnacks and refreshments, the Principal of CBHS and the EducationDepartment for permission to use the facillities at the CBHS,and the Department of Youth and Sports for providing the servicesof their coaches.
