CUC Announces Declaration ofRegular Quarterly Dividends
Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC)announced Tuesday, 13 June that the Board of Directors has declareda regular quarterly dividend of US$0.12 (CI$0.10) per Class AOrdinary Share. This represents a divident of US$0.48 per shareon an annualised basis. The dividend will be payable on September1, 2000 to shareholders of record on August 11, 2000.
CUC also announced today that the Board of Directors has declareda regular quarterly dividend of US$2.00 per 8% Cumulative FixedTerm Class C, Series 2 Preference Share. the dividend will bepayable on July 31, 2000 to shareholders of record on July 10,2000.
