C&W Customer Survey a Waste
Dear Sir,
What a total waste of time and money forCable & Wireless to distribute a survey in the Cayman Islandsconcerning "customer satisfaction". Have they not gottonthe message as yet? Customer satisfaction is non-existent.
What part of all the Letters to the Editor and articles in ourlocal newspapers over the past few years does this company notunderstand?
