Captain Adrian Millerbeing presented with CAL's first Manager of the Year by CAL'sCEO, Mr. Mike Adam.

Captain Adrian (Rex) Miller was recently presented with CaymanAirways Limited's (CAL) first Manager of The Year Award, whichrecognises the hard work and dedication displayed by many of theairline's middle managers. He and other CAL Staff members werehonoured for their loyalty and commitment to the national airlinein the year 2000.

According to CAL, Captain Miller has beena valuable member of the CAL team for a massive 22 years, andheld the position of Supervisor Flight Training and Standardsfrom 1999 up until early 2001.

In this position, he was responsible forcoordinating and overseeing the training, and recurrent trainingof all CAL Pilots and First Officers. He ensured that all theFAA, CAA and CICAA regulations were met and that Cayman Airways'Flight Crew remained among the best-trained in the industry.

"I am delighted that Captain Millerwas selected to win our first Manager of the Year Award. Selectinga winner was hard, as so many of our Managers give the companyeverything they have, every day. I look forward to presentingthis award again next year, to another deserving Manager,"said Mr. Mike Adam, Acting CEO of CAL.

He continued: "our managers and employeesmake sure that the day-to-day business of running the airlinego smoothly, and their support and commitment is critical to CaymanAirways."
