Lettersto the Editor

Kudos fromCayman Brac

Dear Sir,

Your editorial of the latest edition ofthe Net News was fabulous!

As an education advocate in Cayman Brac, you have put into words what I wished to say. Our so called protestwas precisely that - so called - most of the signatures were collectedfrom elderly people who had no children in the system or fromparents who were not advised in detail about the proposed amalgamation.

As parents, we barely had time to digestwhat was being proposed when everything was whipped from underour feet! I have personally committed to the Minister for Educationto collect from each parent with children in the Primary systemhow they really feel about the proposal and try to enlighten themon the benefits.

If you wish to receive any more informationor could do a spread on the school situation, please feel freeto contact me Other news reports submitted from Cayman Bracare good job. However, there is also a lot of hogwash from ourrepresentatives by trying to show what the concerns are.

Your paper is my mail source of news online- I rarely purchase a hard paper these days.

Thank you and your staff for the wonderfuljob and may you have continued success.

I am particularly enjoying the reprintsfrom The Nor'wester.
