Sportsman of the Week
Eric Bush
In addition to being an officer in the RoyalCayman Islands Police (RCIP) Eric Bush is a keen shot in severalareas of sport -firearms, baseball, shot-put and discuss throwing.
He will be going off the island shortlyto attend the Police and Firearm Games, to held in early Junein Indianapolis.
The ultimate all-around sportsman, Eric is currently trainingmost evenings with Coach Williams at the Truman Bodden SportsComplex. He admits that his dream is to achieve the games in whichhe is involved most outstanding medal.
He always strives to do his best.
As well as shot-put/discuss training Eriche is a member of the Final Touch Softball League where he playsin the positions as pitcher and first baseman. In his spare timehe assists with the training of kids as well as adults in theisland's softball leagues.
Eric's wife Jasmin adds that he "reallytrains very hard and is eager to do well." She is confidenthis enthusiasm and goal will pay off.
