Praise for Councilof Associations

Dear Sir,
An article in you paper of May 17th, 2001 headed, "A NewApproach To Budget Planning", should be welcomed by the peopleof Cayman Islands. The people had to speak out in 1997 and itis unfortunate that they had to speak out again but I believethat the last Government should realize that the people will speakwhen necessary.

The ten Associates that signed the articleshould be congratulated for putting their names to that article.If past Governments were to read that article they would hangtheir head to shame.
