George Town Primary Wraps upChild Month
George Town Primary marked the final Fridayof Child Month with a fun day for students and their families.Some of the students got to the core of the matter in an appleeating competition.
Some children had so much fun their feetnever touched the ground. Students deserved the opportunity tolet down their hair. Earlier in the morning they visited and readto many homebound older persons in the George Town community.
Young people looked on with fascinationas a teacher transformed the features of a fellow
student with face paint. The booth was a popular draw, transformingmany normal-looking children into exotic flowers and animals.
