Cayman Net News goes to 50 cents
In our efforts to continue bringing the people of the Cayman Islands the increasingly better product we offer, Cayman Net News will increase its cover price of the Monday through Thursday newspapers to fifty cents, effective Monday 2 June 2003.
The price of the Friday newspaper will remain the same, also at fifty cents.
The current price of our daily newspaper has remained the same since our inception over three years ago. We have resisted raising the price despite improvements in the quality of our paper stock and the addition of more colour pages.
However, with our consistent production during the weekdays Monday through Thursday, we now find it necessary to implement the cost increase.
