As a US resident with close ties to Cayman, I check the Cayman Net News site on a daily basis to keep in touch when not on island.
What a wonderful surprise to see Dwayne
Parchment recognized as a "Person of the Week" in today's
issue.
It has been my pleasure to both do business with and send business
to Mr. Parchment over the last three years and in a very competitive
sector, he is one more reason why a person would want to return
