Jeff Goddard
Mr. Jeff Goddard, a Senior Support Analystat the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (DOT), was recentlyinducted into the prestigious Who's Who in Information Technology(IT).
He was featured in the International Who's Who Historical Society,which spotlights outstanding achievers in several areas, includingInformation Technology, as utilised in all fields and industries.
After leaving the Cayman Islands High School, where he obtainedeight subjects at the General Certificate of Education (GCE) atthe Ordinary 'O' Level, and three at the Advanced 'A' Level, Mr.Goddard entered the Florida Institute of Technology, from whichhe graduated with honours in 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Sciencedegree in Computer Science.
He is a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (the International HonourSociety for the Computer Sciences), the British Computer Societyand the Cayman Islands Information Technology Association. Heis also a Microsoft-Certified Professional.
Mr. Goddard's responsibilities at DOT include procurement, implementation,and support of the technical infrastructure and the analysis ofemerging technologies for the department's 11 offices.
He said his greatest accomplishments at DOT were heading a successfulY2K project and implementing a Virtual Private Network to connect13 offices in four countries.
