Comedy at thePlayhouse
The Cayman Drama Society presents the comedy'Accommodations' at the Prospect Playhouse for three weekendsstarting this evening, 15 November.
The play is set in a tiny two-room apartmentin New York City shared by three roommates. Pat, Lee and Tracyare about to meet for the first time. Pat is expecting two otherwomen to move in with her, but owing to a mix-up at the roommateagency, Tracy turns out to be a guy. Pat is not too upset withthe agency's error as she immediately falls in love with Tracy,who in turn is attracted to Lee.
To complicate matters further, Lee has justleft her husband, Bob, who unexpectedly shows up at the apartmentand tries to convince her to come back home to cook his mealsand pick up his socks.
This three-act comedy was written by NickHall and features Wendy Moore, Kevin Redfern, Vanessa Hansen andTim Kelly. This production is directed by Malcolm Ellis and producedby Penny Phillips. Visit the Cayman Drama society website at www.caymandrama.org.kyfor more information.
