Students atthe International College of the Cayman Islands - Score Big WithEmployers

The International College of the CaymanIslands (ICCI) recently conducted a survey to test satisfactionof employers with graduates of the college who are working intheir companies and the results gave an overwhelming stamp ofsatisfaction with ICCI college programmes at all levels.

The employers of 58 per cent of Associateof Science Degree graduates of year 2000 were surveyed and theyall expressed satisfaction with the graduates in their employ;thought the graduates became better employees because of educationat ICCI; said graduates had positive work attitudes.; thoughtthe programme of study at ICCI was adequate and needed no additions;and believed that graduates should continue on to the Bachelorsof Sciences programme.

Ninety-one per cent of the surveyed employerssaid that their ICCI graduate employees had appropriate skillsfor the job and a similar percentage of employers could identifyno weakness in those employees.
