Rehab CentreOpen over Holidays
Caribbean Haven Residential Centre, thealcohol and drug rehabilitation facility in Breakers, will remainopen over the holidays to help persons with substance abuse problems.
Although the regular three-week residentialprogramme will not be offered during this time, staff will beonsite to provide educational and support services for currentclients and those referred through Caribbean Haven OutpatientServices, says the centre's Clinical Supervisor Mary Cripton.
"Individuals struggling with drugsand alcohol over the often-difficult holidays can find help atthe centre," she explains. The residential centre's nextthree-week programme will commence on 2 January 2002.
