Ezzard Miller, the New Manager of Human Resources and Trainingof Deloitte and Touche.
Mr. Ezzard Miller is the newly appointedManager of Human Resources and Training at Deloitte and Touche.
The company has said that his going on board is owed to growthin its external client service practice over the past year.
Mr. Miller's role will involve a host of internal human resourcefunctions, including recruitment, performance management, andprofessional development, for the over 120 staff currently employedwith Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Miller has over 20 years in business management and spentfour years, from 1988 - 1992, as a Member (now Minister) of ExecutiveCouncil of the Cayman Islands government responsible for Healthand Social Services. He also served as a Member of the LegislativeAssembly for the District of North Side from 1984 to 1992.
Mr. Miller also brings to the firm extensive knowledge and experiencein both the public and private sectors, including a good workingknowledge of the Labour, Pensions and Immigration laws and regulations.He will report to Mr. Taron Jackman, Director of Operations, andwill be assisted by Marcia Foster.
Mr. Miller graduated from the College of Arts, Science and Technologyin 1973 and also graduated from the University of Minnesota (1977)as a Hospital Administrator.

He replaces Mr. Mario Ebanks, who has carried out both the internaland external functions for the past three years as a Senior Consultant,and will now focus primarily on external client service in theareas of Executive Recruitment and Human Capital Advisory Services,as well as Marketing Services and Communications.
