Health Practice Bill 2002is a comprehensive document

I had the opportunity to study the HealthPractice Bill 2002, and wish to congratulate the many, who haveworked endless hours to fine-tune it to its present form. TheHonorable Gilbert McLean and his Ministry deserve congratulations,and a big "thank you" for diligently seeking the viewsand opinions of those of us in the Health Sector who will be directlyaffected by the Bill This approach, is undoubtedly, the main reasonfor the comprehensiveness and likely efficacy of the Bill, onceit becomes Law.
We have asked the Minister to give due considerationto changing a few minor issues, which still constitute part ofthe Bill. Along with many others, the Bill has my support, andmay it have safe passage into Law.
