Cayman NGOs Refute UK

local coalition of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) have refuted
the recent claim of UK Minister Bill Rammell that the
UK is not bound to United Nations Resolution 1541 because it did
not vote for the measure.

Great-grandmother, Jewel Smalldon, has spent
