UN Refutes UK Claim
Chairman of the United Nations Special Committee of 24, Earl Stephen Huntley, sent a letter to the Leader of Government Business, Hon McKeeva Bush, last week rebutting British Minister Bill Rammell's recent claim that the UK is not bound to UN Resolution 1541 because it did not vote for it.
