Court papers filed in Italy recently reveal how Parmalat, Italy's largest food company, deliberately disguised the real purpose of a fund set up in the Cayman Islands.  In November, Parmalat told investors for the first time that it had invested some US$600 million in a hedge fund named Epicurum, domiciled in the Cayman Islands. Stingray City Safety Fears
