Cayman Free Press shareholder says US board tried to "inflict maximum damage" on him
Media tycoon Conrad Black, in court seeking approval to sell control of his newspaper chain, which includes a 40 percent interest in Cayman Free Press, said the company's US-based board of directors was out to "inflict maximum damage" on him.
The appearance capped a three-day trial pitting the Canadian-born Black against
a rebellious US operating subsidiary's board, which seeks to block the sale he
engineered to British investors Frederick and David Barclay. The media

- Lawrence Wood
He loves his people down-to-earth, because Lawrence Wood is that way himself. This friendly Jamaican has been the Governor's Official Driver for almost two years. He started out as a Gate Officer in 2000, and was promoted to driver in 2002.
Now, whenever the Governor has an evening or weekend function, Lawrence is at the wheel.
