Inmates On Release Accused Of Murder
At a court appearance before Magistrate Margaret Ramsey-Hale last Friday, 27 February, it was revealed that two men accused in the murder of Chadwick Bush were out on a work-release programme from HM Northward Prison at the time of the murder.
