RCIP strengthened by the Special Constabulary
 The Royal Cayman Islands Police (RCIP) Special Constabulary is conducting a new recruitment drive in an effort to increase its staff and strengthen the main police force.
Constabulary Commandant, David Arch, wants to increase personnel to create a more reliable team.
