Student Hurt In Nightclub Brawl
A student from St Matthew's University Medical School had to have 19 stitches to his face following a fracas at the O-Bar night club recently.

Parmalat prosecutors end probe but judge will not accept fast-track trial
Prosecutors investigating a massive accounting scandal at Italian food group Parmalat wound up their probe last week, a judicial source said, closing the first stage of what is likely to be a long drawn-out case.
According to a report by Reuters, the prosecution team had asked for a fast-track trial which would have skipped preliminary, closed-door hearings but the request was rejected, meaning the case will now wind its way through Italy's often slow court system... read more...
