Hon James Ryan, announced his retirement from the Chief Secretary position on Tuesday, leading the way to a major shake-up in the
hierarchy of Cayman Islands Civil Service. As a result of Mr Ryan’s

Marine Construction, Inc, the Tampa-based construction firm that won the
marine portion of the contract for the Royal Watler Cruise Terminal, has
arrived in Cayman and begun work. The company arrived in George Town
