businessman Harold Davis will be the subject of The Learning Channel’s (TLC)
show ‘Repo Men’, the producers of the programme confirmed last week. The
popular programme features different detectives and investigators who work in

Cuban Refugees Cause Stir
Gun Bay residents have criticised what was described as, “inhumane treatment,”
of 13 Cuban refugees by immigration officials on Friday morning. The
refugees consisting of nine men, two women and two boys aged 6 and 12, were on
route to Honduras when engine trouble forced them to stop at Gun Bay at around

Canadian officers join Royal Cayman Islands Police
The
Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIP) recently recruited 12 experienced
officers from Canada who commenced their duties on Monday, 26 April.
The new officers will be attached to the Uniform Section and are assigned to
work at the George Town, West Bay, Bodden Town, and Little Cayman Police
Stations. One recruit, Constable Brenda McGregor, is a 10-year police
