ICTA Reacts To C&W Criticism
The
Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICTA) responded on Monday
to criticism from Cable & Wireless (C&W), which it believes has called into
question the Authority’s integrity. Stressing that the Authority was not
in the habit of responding to press releases, interviews and letters, the ICTA
said it felt that it had to clarify its position in light of some of the
comments made by C&W, which it felt were unjust...

All Smiles at Graduation
St
Matthew’s University School of Medicine held commencement ceremonies for its
new graduates at the Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa last Saturday morning. Of
the 110 diplomas awarded, 62 graduates were on hand to attend the graduation.

Woman Fights Off Intruder
A brave woman householder fought off a man who broke into
her home and attacked her in the early hours on Saturday morning. Police
have not named the woman, who lives in North Side, but they have revealed she
got head injuries and cut hands as she fought off the attacker at 1:25 am and
he was forced to flee...
